The animated film "On the Edge of the World" features a cheerful and adventurous friendship between a meerkat and a wild boar.
Far, far away, on the edge of the desert lives a happy family of meerkats. These small, lively animals know very well that the desert can be extremely dangerous for them.
But one day, a disaster strikes: the grandfather falls seriously ill. The only medicine that can save him is a blue flower that grows on the other side of the desert, which has magical healing properties. The grandson, Tafit, who loves his grandfather very much, decides to travel to find the blue flower.
Along the way, Tafit meets a wild boar who stubbornly decides to travel with them. Soon the desert shows its claws to them: the travelers have to flee from hyenas, a predatory hawk and other dangers. But the journey also gives them new friends. Tafit soon realizes that friends not only come to the rescue when they are most needed, but with them all the challenges are much easier and incomparably more fun.
The humorous animated film for the whole family "At the Edge of the World" begins screening in Lithuania on January 9.
