We invite you to the autumn presentation of chefs' fellowship, discoveries and flavors, which will take place on September 13, 2026 at 12:00 in the large conference hall of "EGO SPA", Karalienės Barboros al. 2, Birštonas.
Chefs' gastronomic experiences, presentation of craftsmanship, local products, seasonality, sustainability, creativity, innovative solutions, plant-based products, new combinations, flavors inspired by the autumn season.
To welcome the autumn season, representatives of HoReCa companies will present product news and professional services, introduce market trends, and talk about product quality, uniqueness, and creative solutions.
The exceptional menu is prepared by participants of international and national championships, experienced chefs: Edgaras Rutkauskas, silver medalist of the IKA Culinary Olympics, Flora Professional Lithuania; Tadas Paplauskas with the Cloud Kitchen catering team; Tomas Zubinas, Paulig PRO; Valerija Ufimceva, silver medalist of the Best Lithuanian Confectioner 2026, Pacai restaurant; Miroslav Styčinskij, Rib Room restaurant.
