Have you ever allowed yourself to laugh for no reason?
Laughter yoga is a gentle and playful practice in which we consciously awaken laughter: through breathing exercises, light movements, and laughter sounds. Soon, even artificial laughter becomes real, and the body is filled with warmth, lightness, and good mood.
Laughter helps you relax, release tension, reduce stress, and strengthen your connection with yourself and others.
Raminta, a certified children's yoga teacher and laughter yoga instructor, invites you to a cozy meeting:
"I want to create a space where we can laugh together, open up, and forget our worries for a while - just be here and now, easy and free."
No experience is needed, just an openness and willingness to try.
Choose comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows you to move and breathe freely.
The duration of the session is 45–60 minutes (laughter practice, relaxation, and sharing).
