This year, from October 1 to 8, the already traditional Senior Citizens' Week will be held in Birštonas, dedicated to the International Day of Older Persons. This year, the Birštonas Museum will again join this meaningful initiative and invite older people to the Birštonas Museum (Vytauto St. 9) on October 3 at 5:00 p.m.
This year's event - "Memories over Tea" - will invite seniors to become active participants in the event - to share historical photographs of Birštonas kept by the Birštonas Museum, to share their memories of the views they see and Birštonas itself - after all, the history of Birštonas consists not only of major events or important dates, but also of each person and their experiences.
Therefore, the Birštonas Museum invites respected seniors and older people on Friday, October 3, to share their memories and their history at the Birštonas Museum over a warm cup of tea.
