Concert to present the new album "The World in Half"

"My parents never talked about love for each other. But it was from them that I inherited the understanding that family is the greatest value," says songwriter and performer Kazimieras Jakutis-Pagulbis. The creator, who celebrated his 65th birthday, today turns to what is most important - human values, and each of his songs becomes a meeting with himself.

From autumn until the end of the year, K. Jakutis will traditionally appear before listeners: a concert tour, a new album, a new story that the creator invites you to experience together.

"It's always important to me to talk to people, so at concerts, between songs, there are many small conversations. There will be some this time too, because I wrote a story for each song. By the way, listeners will be able to read them, as well as my thoughts, on the vinyl record. This is my first album on vinyl - I wanted it to be special. I notice that everything old is coming back today: more and more people are listening to music on turntables.

I would like the audience to take away emotion from the concerts - that's the most important thing for me. So that the word, the melody, even the look would stay inside them longer than the song itself. I sincerely invite you to a meeting.

I won't be alone on stage: I will be joined by great musicians - backing vocalist Vaida Jakutienė, Gediminas Legas (rhythm) and Aurimas Driukas (guitar, keyboards).

The concert tour will traditionally begin in October in the village of Pagulbys – where so many firsts were experienced – and will end on the second day of Christmas in Anykščiai. It is important for me to maintain continuity and traditions. These are also the values by which I live,” the performer invites
