We invite you to a New Year's tasting dinner at the restaurant "Old Town Grill", during which live saxophone music will be played. MisterSax Mindaugas is a professional performer, famous for his charisma, elegance and ability to create a special emotion in each performance.
Evening menu:
Introduction – a welcome toast and a compliment from the chef;
Prelude – arancini with smoked catfish;
Solo flavor – venison carpaccio with pear, blue cheese, arugula, nuts and truffle oil;
Basic chords for your choice:
Porto beef rib with mashed potatoes and caramelized vegetables;
or
Trout with mini potatoes, smidges, pomegranates and oranges;
The final note is lemon tartlet with meringue.
