Discover the heritage. The path of cross-stitching from the farm to the museum

During the educational session, participants will get acquainted with the traditions of Lithuanian cross-stitching, their history and significance for cultural heritage. While completing tasks, they will independently collect information, analyze it and apply the acquired knowledge during a game-quiz. The session allows not only to get to know the heritage of cross-stitching, but also to discover its various forms of artistic expression in a museum environment.
The education is intended for students in grades 5–12.
Program duration – approximately 75 minutes.
The cost of the program per participant is 4 EUR.
