What does the polka dot pattern mean?

Hot wax printing of eggs is the very first educational activity of the Sacral Museum.
Since 2001, Birštonas printmaker Anelė Danulevičienė (1923-2011) has been sharing the subtleties of her craft at the museum for ten years, one week before Easter. Indeed, printmaking resembles art therapy, when you immerse yourself in the joy of creation, and the smell of wax, symbolic patterns and color combinations create a unique mood. Time seems to stop when creating, and the created beauty becomes a great gift for a loved one.
Education is intended for: students in grades 5–12 and adults.
Education price per participant: 4 EUR for children (students), 6 EUR for adults.
Duration of the session: ~ 65 min.
