We have a cozy cheese tasting dinner.
A cheese connoisseur, a virtuoso of cheese making, a participant in European cheese championships and festivals, and a gold medalist herself, Inga Dubickienė, is coming. Throughout the last season and this one, the dairy products they produce (butter, sour cream, mozzarella) were used in our dishes, and the cheeses were displayed on our table. So there was an endless desire to introduce you, dear visitors, to this creator of cheese making. She is assisted by her husband, Robertas Dubickas. She is the caretaker of the family farm, how could it be otherwise.
