On the eve of the Žolinė Festival, we invite you to meet at the Sacred Museum for a cozy and creative time at a paper lantern workshop!
During the workshop, together with museum educators, you will create paper lanterns decorated with dried plant motifs. While the lanterns are gradually taking shape, we will invite you to talk about the traditions of Žolinė, the meaning and symbolism of this holiday, share your thoughts, and discover what is important in Žolinė even today.
All the tools needed for creativity will be prepared - all you have to bring is curiosity, a good mood, and a desire to be together.
