On the evening of December 31, ROYAL SPA Birštonas invites you to celebrate the New Year in French style – with live music, flavors of French regions, and fireworks at midnight.
On the evening stage - French singer Clotilde Solange and pianist Darius Kudirka. Their program will feature famous French songs from the 1950s to the present day - works by Edith Piaf, Charles Aznavour, Celine Dion, Zaza and other performers. Along with recognizable melodies, new musical discoveries will also be waiting.
The French mood will also be carried over to the festive dinner menu. It will feature flavors from the Provence, Normandy, and Burgundy regions – various appetizers, French cheeses and jams, Burgundy beef, mussels "Moules à la crème Normande", fish "Sole à la Normande", duck "confit" with Provençal herbs, and vegetable "ratatouille". The evening will be sweetened by a French dessert table.
