The Summer Film Festival "Nights of the Silver Crane" travels across Lithuania with the nominees and winners of the National Film Awards "Silver Crane 2026". The program includes films in the feature, short and student work categories.
On June 12, 2026, the festival comes to Birštonas.
Location: Birštonas Sports Stadium, B. Sruogos St. 18., and in case of bad weather conditions – Birštonas Cultural Center (Jaunimo St. 2).
Host of the event: actress Sandra Daukšaitė-Petrulėnė.

Martial arts champion OSVALDAS (Marius Repšys) seriously injures a girl on the street. He avoids real punishment, but is expelled from the sports federation. Osvaldas cannot accept the idea that his career in the ring is over. Unable to travel and participate in K-1 tournaments in Asia, where he is a star, he spends his days in a cheap Asian restaurant "Kinų Jūra", where he is sheltered by the owner, his only remaining friend JU-LONG (Jian Huang 黃健瑋).
While participating in court-ordered group psychotherapy sessions, Osvaldas meets SKAISTA (Severija Janušauskaitė), whom he falls in love with at first sight. However, it turns out that she is a pop singer married to a famous mafia boss TURISTO (Vaidotas Martinaitis), to whom his friend Ju-Long is in debt. Separate events suddenly tie into one knot. Illegal business turns out to have entangled almost all of Osvaldas's environment. However, seeing the world through the glasses of a hero, Osvaldas sees a distorted picture. Holding on to what he has at all costs, Osvaldas involuntarily resorts to violence again, this time not by accident.
