Birštonas kurhaus

One of the oldest wooden buildings in Lithuania, Kurhaus located just a short distance from Vytautas Park. Since opening in 1855, it differed from similar houses. Statue of Vytautas the Great

Statue of Vytautas the Great was built from pink granite by sculptor G. Jokūbonis and architect V. Čekanauskas. The sculptor embodied ideas expressed by a majority of Birštonas’ residents - to bring Vytautas and his horse back to their hunting-ground. Sculptor G. Nemunas River Bank in Birštonas

This riverbank, erected in the 1970’s, aimed to protect the resort from the floods; over time it has become the most important promenade in Birštonas.
